SNAKE

A Simulator for fMRI data: From the Bold to the k-space data.

SNAKE is a simulator for fMRI data. It is a python package that allows to simulate fMRI data from the BOLD signal to the k-space data. It uses the library to simulate the acquisition process, and is capable of generating any range of spatio temporal resolution with a low memory footprint.
