What a week at ISMRM24 in Singapore !
I had the pleasure of presenting two abstracts related to my work on high-resolution fMRI occurring in the MIND team at CEA and Inria
🐍 SNAKE-fMRI: A modular fMRI simulator from the space-time domain to k-space data and back
🌌 MRI-NUFFT: An open-source Python package to make non-Cartesian MR Imaging easier
Both are open-source Python packages that you can use for reproducible research, resulting from a team effort (Zaineb Amor Guillaume DAVAL-FREROT Chaithya GR) with the help and support of my supervisors Alexandre Vignaud and Philippe CIUCIU
SNAKE-fMRI was even awarded the 🥈 2nd place prize by the Reproducibility Research Study Group after an oral presentation. Don’t hesitate to check out the code: https://github.com/paquiteau/snake-fmri and the associated paper: https://arxiv.org/abs/2404.08282v1
Also kudos to 🥇 Ashley Stewart and 🥉 Evan Frenklak for their amazing work on QSM-CI and Biases in Open Datasets.
Thank you as well to Sophie Schauman, Maria Eugenia Caligiuri, Francesco Santini and the whole RRSG group for organizing the session and promoting reprocubility in our field! this is crucial in order to have impact up to the clinical application.
